Why I am Thankful this Thanksgiving

I just want to share with you some of the reasons I felt blessed during this Thanksgiving season.
1. I have a beautiful home with plenty of room to have those I love over.
Exodus 3:8 So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.
2. I have been abundantly blessed to be able to provide a Thanksgiving dinner for 19 people.
Genesis 9:3 Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.  2 Corinthians 9:11You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 3. I have a husband who understands and supports my desire to hostess.
Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her4. I have been blessed with family -not a perfect Norman Rockwell family but a family. He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full[a] respect. 5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?)  1 Timothy 3:4-5
